Peanut Butter Protein Balls
Our energy balls are great, but if you are training hard you want more protein per bite. These add two scoops of whey to Crunchy Crush and oats, so each ball carries 8 g of protein. Two of them after a workout is 16 g, roughly the same as a protein bar, for a fraction of the cost and with ingredients you can actually pronounce. They take 15 minutes on a Sunday and last the whole week in the fridge.
Per ball (approx.): 130 kcal, 8 g protein, 11 g carbs, 6 g fat.
